We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy for our valued customers. Please review the following guidelines when cancelling a booking: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the project start date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the project start date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit paid. Cancellations made within 7 days of the project start date will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit paid. To cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email or through our website's contact form. Ensure that you include your booking reference number and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method used.
